Belfast Netball Need Your Help
The Belfast Netball club which has members all over the Christchurch area need your help. The community courts that are used on a daily basis are in serious need of upgrading as they pose a Health & Safety risk in their current state. Currently CCC have said there is no money to go towards this project so they need your help. Please help them by either going to their give a little page and donating or feel free to drop a non perisible item to either the Ray White Bishopdale or Ray White Strowan offices to go towards prizes for raffles. This is a great community project and they need the support of all Christchurch.

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls
ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
Building job
I would like a pantry made in the gap the old hot water tank used to be. This involves a wall being taken out but it isn't load bearing.
Also a shelter outside over the bin area needs replacing.
I have tried Builders Crack and of the 3 only one turned up and I want more estimates.
Any recommendations of builders or handyman who are happy to at least have a look.
