Hi everyone,
First things first- the decision has been reserved by the committee but hope to have it in a couple of weeks.
I'd like to thank all of you that expressed an opinion on the proposal in the various ways both to the Community Board initially last year, signed the petition and over the last two days many attended the District Licensing Committee hearing at the Fendalton Library.
There were about 45-50 members of the public there the first morning for opening statements and 30 there this morning, amazingly 15 saw it through to the end. I agree many more would have come but circumstances prevented that from happening but take heart that the numbers attending and those who made record of their objections were thorough in their presentations- this was acknowledged by the Chairperson in closing.
It was my pleasure to represent the Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood board at the hearing and I appreciate the work both my governance team did in preparation and members of the three reporting agencies (District licensing, NZ Police and Medical Officer of Health) for their important roles they perform in our community.
Regards, Aaron

JAGUAR 3.0 LITRE FOR SALE

It's the last of the production run (2007) of this excellent vehicle (using a very reliable and efficient Ford motor and a Mercedes gearbox). All leather (bone white) interior seats, heated front seats, NZ Satellite Navigation, Parrot Blue Tooth for phone connection, Michelin Tyres, and a 3.0 litre engine. This is a great car with only minor blemishes. I caused a scratch in the rear left bumper (see photos) - just requires a repaint of the bumper to make it perfect, but I cannot drive it to get it done. Regularly serviced by Clinch Autos (records available), this is a well maintained car that drives beautifully and has no known defects. When I bought this car it was to keep it forever, so I've looked after it as best I could. Similar Jag's on Trade Me are asking from $12,000 to $17,000, so I have priced this to sell! I am the legal owner and there is no money owing on this car. Please contact me at any time, either through this site or on my mobile 027-2100743.

Price: $9,500
