Major Christchurch sports hub - and city's main new burial site - given green light

Hi neighbours - city councillors have approved development plans to be drawn up that will outline how to convert a 115 hectare section of land on the outskirts of Templeton into a sports park and new cemetery.

The hub will provide sporting and recreational facilities for people in the area for at least the next 30 years, with the potential to host large-scale tournaments and events.

My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
