The gardens are offered as a self-tour package, with the option to choose the 'Otahuna Garden Tour package'. There are limited tickets for this guided tour of the prestigious historic homestead gardens designed for Sir Heaton Rhodes. An art exhibition at the Tai Tapu Sculpture Garden featuring photographer Emma Bass and painter Holly Zandbergen, along with a permanent sculpture exhibition by NZ sculptors, garden talks and a spring fete will also be attractions .
