Affordable, *results based* physical therapist ready to assist you!
Hi everyone!
My name is Harry and I’m a trained manual therapist who’s just moved back home to Canterbury.
I received my Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy in Sydney, Australia and have been working on expanding my toolbox of therapeutic and corrective modalities ever since. I focus my energy on concepts that work and create marked, lasting change quickly and effectively.
I use anatomical assessment, careful planning, therapeutic intervention and personalised rehabilitation programs to address clients' pain and physical dysfunction. Whether your complaint stems from muscles, connective tissue, fascia or systemic dysfunction - I will investigate your presenting condition, perform a root cause analysis, treat the cause (not just the symptoms) and support you through the step by step process to rehabilitation.
If you are dealing with stiffness, aches, pains or injury, whether it be a recent development or something you have been dealing with for years, please give me a call and book an appointment on 021 104 4892, or reach me at turnoquil@protonmail.com.
I live in Rangiora and operate out of my home clinic, however I can come to you for an additional fee if required.
I want my service to be affordable for as many people as possible: My hourly rate is $80 per hour with a complimentary 30 minutes extra on our first session to cover a thorough medical history and conversation to get to know each other!
Thanks everybody and have a great Christmas season.
Some Choice News!
DOC is rolling out a new tool to help figure out what to tackle first when it comes to protecting our threatened species and the things putting them at risk.
Why does this matter? As Nikki Macdonald from The Post points out, we’re a country with around 4,400 threatened species. With limited time and funding, conservation has always meant making tough calls about what gets attention first.
For the first time, DOC has put real numbers around what it would take to do everything needed to properly safeguard our unique natural environment. The new BioInvest tool shows the scale of the challenge: 310,177 actions across 28,007 sites.
Now that we can see the full picture, it brings the big question into focus: how much do we, as Kiwis, truly value protecting nature — and what are we prepared to invest to make it happen?
We hope this brings a smile!
