With warmer weather heading our way, gardening is a great way to stay fit and get regular doses of Vitamin D to help strengthen our bones.
The Home Safety checklist will give you practical tips on how to avoid falls, sprains and strains while pulling those stubborn weeds. For example, when youโre gardening avoid heavy lifting and use long-handled tools so youโre not bending over for long periods. Steady yourself when bending and standing, no pesky weed is worth falling for!

Building job
I would like a pantry made in the gap the old hot water tank used to be. This involves a wall being taken out but it isn't load bearing.
Also a shelter outside over the bin area needs replacing.
I have tried Builders Crack and of the 3 only one turned up and I want more estimates.
Any recommendations of builders or handyman who are happy to at least have a look.
