3-4Br house wanted to buy in cashmere
Dear Neighbors,
We have recently moved to CHCH with our 4yr old and are renting in cashmere. What a beautiful suburb! My Husband and I would like to buy our forever home up here! But it seems there is not much on the market :(. We would love a 3-4br home with a garage and ideally some flat land for our daughter to play and views to the mountains. We would like either a beautiful weather board home, mid-century home or new architectural designed... so a variety of options :. We have a flexible budget if renos are needed. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
