3-4Br house wanted to buy in cashmere

Dear Neighbors,

We have recently moved to CHCH with our 4yr old and are renting in cashmere. What a beautiful suburb! My Husband and I would like to buy our forever home up here! But it seems there is not much on the market :(. We would love a 3-4br home with a garage and ideally some flat land for our daughter to play and views to the mountains. We would like either a beautiful weather board home, mid-century home or new architectural designed... so a variety of options :. We have a flexible budget if renos are needed. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
