Halswell's Rebecca Lee has created her own healthier ice-blocks with flavours as surprising as avocado, strawberry and coconut cream and beetroot and berry. If you'd like to try them, her Hapi Pops are sold at The Colombo Market on Fridays and Lyttelton Farmers Market on Saturdays.
