Bagged dog poo

Leonard from Kennedys Bush

With the growing population in the halswell area , the Halswell Quarry is getting a very populair place for people to get out. If it’s for a quiet stroll, exercise or walking the dog.
Lots of people take their beloved pets to the dog park, others take them to other parts of the park too. So far all good.
What I do have a problem with is people who bag their dog poo ( probably because they been watched) and then ditch the bag 5 meters further up the track. In the dog park poo bins are provided and you won’t find any bags there.
The responsible dog owner does the right thing. There is just a small number of slackers out there who spoil it for the rest.
Let’s look after this place and take your rubbish out
