Dear Neighbors,
We have recently moved to CHCH with our 4yr old and are renting in cashmere. What a beautiful suburb! My Husband and I would like to buy our forever home up here! But it seems there is not much on the market :(. We would love a 3-4br home with a garage and ideally some flat land for our daughter to play and views to the mountains. We would like either a beautiful weather board home, mid-century home or new architectural designed... so a variety of options :. We have a flexible budget if renos are needed.
