Some routes will be combined and the route and timing of others will be adjusted. It will contribute to a planned rates rise of about 4.9 per cent, up from the 4.5 per cent originally proposed in the draft plan.

Whiteleigh Avenue in Addington will be closed for a critical railway upgrade from 6:00am Saturday 2 June to 6:00am Tuesday 5 June. KiwiRail has contracted Fulton Hogan to carry out 24 hour work.
Motorists are asked to avoid Addington and detour through Curletts Road where possible.
