BE ACTIVE is suitable for people new or returning to activity, and want to have fun along the way. It is suitable for all ages (16 years and over) and levels of ability. The cost is $3 a session.

I wouldn't need one except for this urgent need that has come up to house this young man so I prefer to not go out and buy something that I only need short term. For those that are wondering what a Gem Squash is, it's a popular vegetable in South Africa. There is many ways if cooking the Gem Squash. You can cut them in half, boil them and put butter in them, again, cut in half, scoop out the seeds, fill with them with cream corn and a bit of cheese on top then roast.
