Get ready - it's BOXFIT TUESDAY time! πππππππ
You know you love it - it's the return of Boxfit Tabata! 12-minute rounds of fast, fierce boxing fun as well as legs, cardio and a side of abs π Come prepared to give it heaps in a full-body cardio and conditioning blitz.
Boxfit Tuesday, like all our classes, is just $2. Gloves and pads provided but please feel free to bring your own! First come first served so do come early. Kids are very welcome - snacks and toys available for their amusement as well as the company of a crazy, gorgeous bunch of little 'regulars' :D
All ages, sizes, and fitness levels are welcome at Fitclub at the Hub. We're in Room 4 at the Hub, 39 Nursery Rd.
Four sessions per week:
Tuesday - Boxfit with Carly
Wednesday - ZUMBA!! with guest instructor Lisa Clarke
Thursday - Varied HIIT/cardio/circuit and more with Rachel
Saturday - 'Sweaty Saturday' high-intensity session with Tash
