FLATMATE WANTED FROM THE MIDDLE OF JAN

Hi! 😊 my partner and I are looking for a flatmate in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 lounge area house with heatpump in Emmett street. We have off street parking and room for about 5 cars in our garage! We have a single room available. Rent is $125 + $25 expenses a week. Preferably looking for a female who is working aged 22-28. We dont mind pets and have a Chihuahua. A cat or another small dog would be fine and there is a fenced off area. We are both working/studying, house is close to the bus that goes directly to ARA/CPIT campus. Room will be available around the middle of Jan 2017. Thanks
