All sizes, all abilities, and children most definitely welcome - we can offer toys, snacks and some fun company for your preschoolers and we're baby-friendly too. You'll find us in Room 4, 39 Nursery Rd, workout kicks off at 10am. Equipment provided, just remember to bring a water bottle!
