Let me help coach you through that grey area between the desire to change your nutrition, and having no idea where to begin, to actually doing it, doing it right, and doing it in a way that's as easy as possible. Because hey, this is a lifestyle change and you want to eat stuff that not only agrees with you but is enjoyable, nutritious and doesn't cost a small fortune each week to buy... No hunting for exotic foods or elaborate cooking skills needed :)

Seems there is another reason you may not be able to reply....

If you have the latest posts emailed to you... clicking on one of these to read more, as the email only shows the first line or so...
Will open up a web page displaying the thread (as long as the snippers haven't got there first). This is all well and good ,you should be able to reply to posts in that thread without issues (remembering the previous restrictions I discussed).
However it goes wrong from here.... If you scroll down past the thread you originally opened from the email... to a new thread... chances are you wont be able to reply to any messages in the thread with the exception of the original post.
I have no idea if this is by design or a bug... I suspect the later.

Anyway hope this keeps someone from smashing their keyboard..:-)

Foraging on Banks Peninsula

Anna Williams Reporter from The Press

If Peter Langlands needed to, he could eat for free. On an average day, he'd find 50 to 75 edible greens along the foreshore.
Do you forage for food? If so, where are the best spots to forage in Canterbury?
