A Further Phone Scam.
New Zealanders are being targeted in a 'Wangiri' phone scam where phone users miss calls, then get charged a large amount to call the number back. The phone numbers have apparently all started with 0088 or 0023 and seem to be originating from Chad, in Africa. If you have had a number like this calling your phone, do not call it back and delete it and the log from your phone.
