This came as a huge shock as the landlord had told her the house was his retirement fund (he’s a long way off retirement) anyway if anyone knows of a 3 bedroom or even 2 bedroom home for long term rental please please contact me. If possible a home on the east side for anything under $450 would be great but anything will be considered. This woman is the perfect tenant, she always pays her rent, has amazing rental references as well as character references from some amazing people & places. Her son is quite unwell so this is an urgent need. Any help or even advice would be appreciated. If you can help I will put you in contact with her. The association has called on the Government to improve funding for community dental care to prevent services in hospitals from being clogged up.
It wants free dental care extended from age 18 to 25, an age group more financially disadvantaged than others. It also urged the Government to expand income thresholds for dental grants and enable Ministry of Social Development dental grants to be used for check-ups.

The programme helped him explore different career paths and Ethan became one of the top graduates from his cohort. The Foundation took the opportunity to hire him and he now helps other young people involved in the programme on their career journeys.
