Plans to revitalise Cathedral Square could be put at risk by work on the Anglican cathedral, which is yet to begin.
Cathedral Square's business and property owners fear the drawn-out cathedral rebuild saga will make a mess of all other plans for the area.
Laws passed in December give the upcoming Christ Church Cathedral repair project access to all public parts of the square, including roads, for up to 15 years.

Response to regifting presents
My mind tends to wander:
I do not see any problem with regifting it back to the person who gave it, they obviously liked it. In fact, that might work out well as you buy the present you want, then gift it to someone you know who will gift it back.
Perfect, no decision needs to be made about Xmas presents
