I'm Ben and I have recently taken over Point Fitness .
At Point Fitness, we’re more than just a gym—we’re a community. My HIIT circuit classes are designed to deliver powerful workouts in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Every session combines strength, cardio, and core training to keep things fresh, fun, and effective.
Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been training for years, you’ll feel at home here.
I'm here to guide, motivate, and celebrate your progress every step of the way.
