If you rely on rain to keep your household taps flowing, toilet flushing or stock watered, now’s a good time to check your levels, monitor your usage and look at booking a top-up early. This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
