Only 3 years old with memory foam top. As can see in pic a few stains from spilt coffee but would remove easy with a steam cleaner, also the bulge that appears in photo is only because of the memory foam as it is standing on it's side, other than a few marks it is in perfectly good condition and extremely comfortable. Just had to downsize to a double. Pick up ONLY, location very close to Pak n Save Mt Albert
