Selling on behalf of a friend this awesome package as no longer required.

Comes with a desk, a chair, two Philips screens (including a stand for them and the cables), a keyboard and a mouse!!

From a smoke and pet free home.

Desk measurements:

H - 28cm
W - 60cm
D - 27cm

Desk is in good condition as per photos with plenty of life left in it. Has a few small marks on the top as pictured but doesn’t affect the use of it at all. It’s a great sturdy/solid desk and would need at least two people to lift it.

The chair, Phillips screens (both 22”), keyboard and mouse are all included in this and are only a year old. Also comes with the cables for the screens.

This whole package was purchased for more than $800 so this is a very good deal.

Selling as is and not separately.

Pick up is from Sandringham (near St Luke’s mall).

Price: $400

I have updated my original post to remove my personal info now, but I'm keeping the post here in case anyone recognises the person still (Police File number if needed is 240106/1418). Thanks to everyone for your concern and help here on neighbourly, facebook, and on reddit!

Hi all, my car was stolen at 3pm on Saturday 6th of Jan from my house in Glendene. Can you please keep an eye out for it in surrounding suburbs and call the 111 if you see it? Number plate is ######. Photo was taken by neighbour of one of the guys that took my car - do you know him? Thanks all,

Welcome to the second of this series of articles dedicated to helping you to downsize, declutter and rightsize your life, brought to you by Ryman Healthcare in conjunction with organising and decluttering expert Peter Walsh.

This time we are tackling one of the more challenging aspects of downsizing – what to do with gifts and heirlooms. Whether you need to free up space in your own home or are helping someone else to downsize, this is a task that can feel daunting and emotionally charged.

Although it might be tempting to box everything up and hide it away to deal with another day, that just passes the problem down the road to your future self or to your family.

Fortunately, there are ways to downsize gifts and heirlooms that honour and remember the past whilst enabling you to rightsize your life for the present day.
