I had to receive a parcel yesterday through ARAMEX COURIER as informed by the sender to me. When I checked the tracking number at home. It mentioned below the tracking number - Calling Card Left - We attempted to deliver your parcel and will now hold it at your local depot awaiting your instructions for re delivery. But I was at home and my window screens were open, was working from home. Then I went and checked my post box. There was no calling card left. I called the ARAMEX customer care number and they said we cant do anything and was speaking very rudely stating we are busy.It can only be redelivered next week. Do anyone face the same with this courier company. I want to raise a complaint on this courier service. Any advice please

An untenanted house in the central Auckland suburb of Mt Roskill has prompted complaints from neighbours, after parties are thrown at the property, leaving behind piles of rubbish, and no occupants in sight.
Neighbours are convinced the parties are thrown by the owner, Nasir Ahmad Sharifi, or close associates of Sharifi, but he says that’s not true and he has no idea who is “trashing” his property.

Showering often re-regulates our bodies' flowing motion and aids in the stabilization of our body temperature. It allows us to cool down and relax after a long and exhausting day. Showering or bathing before bedtime has several important sleep-promoting benefits:
Showers help you relax both physically and emotionally. A warm bath or shower always makes you feel better. It's easier to sleep when you're less anxious.
Showers are cleansing. When you go into bed clean, you will not only feel less stressed, but you will also avoid carrying any dirt, oils, or allergies into the bed with you. This is beneficial to both your skin and your mattress.
Showers require you to unplug. You can't watch TV or check Facebook on your phone while showering (unless you want to harm your technology). Even if just for a few minutes, your mind needs to disconnect. Including a shower in your evening regimen helps you move from your active daytime mode to relaxation and sleep mode.
