my mum was hit by online line click an collect trolly person in-store while shopping at NORTH WEST PACK N SAVE was about to go check out around 2;30 , which this hit was very hard too which many people heard the bang into my back causing me to have an instant headache an a lot of pain an i was pushed forward, i looked as if i was going to pass out. the ladie was in such a hurry she ran off before anyone could know who had done it . it is not just her that has done this they can not see where they are going because the trolly with the scanner is up too high . what if this was a child or a older person on a walking stick or something, has this happend to others this or had one of the click an collect people tell you too move because they are in such a hurry its not safe something needs to change
