Rosanne from Murrays Bay

$50 for 5 classes for new members only in September!

We are trialling a new space at the Yoga Sanctuary in Mairangi Bay on Saturday mornings at 7:30 am to 8:30 am.

Hot HIIT Pilates is fantastic for building strength in your core. It’s based on Pilates principles, isolating, activating and strengthening muscles. It’s all low impact but done to high intensity interval timing so you get an intense and effective workout. The heated room makes your body work harder and loosens up any tightness so you can get strong safely.

We play the best music too!
Come get a sweat on and have one of the most addictive workouts ever!
