Nothing has been finished so he would now owe us thousands and obviously we are living in a semi complete home. I am looking to take him to the Disputes Tribunal but need a quote to complete the outstanding work. If I win I am hoping they will have to pay me so I can get "you" to complete the work - I don't want them back. I've been chasing them since December last year now.
