SOLOMON GROUP/MANUREWA

Marama from Manukau - Wiri

At Solomon Group. I arrived here with my heart in my hands and my head in the clouds or who knows where.

But, you know what, I don't regret a moment of it. The support received by the students and tutors, one in particular - Natasha Leupepe.

Wow, what a tutor she is. We are finishing up our Job Expo. And I totally believe that I have changed in more ways than I could imagine. My time at Solomon Group has changed me. And I know I have had a positive impact on the others that came into my life.

We boost each up. We've learnt comradery, taught how to share and solidly respect each other's opinions. And it turns out that our cohort is the best Natasha has had in so many ways. But when we finish up, she will be heading on out too. She's taking on another role. All the best to her. And I praise her to the moon and back.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
