Unborn babies lost to mothers with confirmed measles
"Two unborn babies belonging to women with confirmed measles have died as a result of serious consequences possibly related to measles", says Auckland Regional Public Health Service.
A preliminary report into the Auckland measles outbreak from February to mid-September revealed three other expectant mothers had been diagnosed with measles.
