The house is situated high in Massey with views facing eastward over the city and harbour. Great access to Westgate, motorway off/on ramps, bus routes, and a 20 minute drive time to the CBD (off peak).

First room: Main bedroom with massive built-in wardrobe and heater. Room for a desk. $200 per week

Second room: Double bedroom also with impressive built-in wardrobe and storage space plus built in office desk. $200 per week.

Enjoy a relaxing living room with certified fireplace and recently serviced heat pump for those chilly winter nights.

It has a modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with an oven, stove top w/ extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, and microwave.
The bathroom has shower only that has wonderful water pressure. Laundry is separate and the toilet has its own room too.

In the backyard, there’s an extensive deck and lush greenery. If you require extra storage space, there’s oodles of space available downstairs along with outside garden sheds.
Internal working alarm.

Unlimited Fibre/Wifi internet available. 1 x off-street car parking space for each flatmate.


Additional costs: Shared utilities (Water, power, Internet) + 2 weeks bond + 1 week in advance.


1x rental and 1x character reference please. Both bedrooms are available from 1st August 2021.
