This paint (top coat) is made with NASA Spin-off Nanotechnology which reflects away heat, hence keeping the interior of structure cooler and saving on power bill.
This paint can be used on Roofs and exterior of both residential and commercial buildings. And also on Boats and Caravans which needs such insulation/reflective top coat to keep the interior cooler.
