Christmas Light Show

Murray from Henderson

Hi Neighbours.
Just let you all know that like the last few years I am having my Xmas light show again. Hopefully the weather will be better this year. The show again will be an hour long Sunday to Thursday and onr and a half hours Friday and Saturday nights.
The show will start at 9pm - sorry kids, it's not dark enough until then.
For those that haven't seen the show, I take a music track and program lights to the music. So just a drive by is not a good idea as you need to see the lights and hear the music at the same time.
The address is 28 Harrington Road, Henderson.
Show time is from Friday December 1st, 9pm.
The last night of the show will be December 31st.
Attached are some images from previous years.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
