TOOLKIT FOR CALM - Free meditation classes
A three-evening free course on creating a peaceful life….
With special New York-based guest presenter and teacher Boijayanti, sharing her meditation skills and insights during her short NZ visit.
For most people the mind has become the master, not the servant it should be – how do we regain control, cultivate a quiet and peaceful mind, a stillness in the body and the breath?
These informal and informative evenings will help with answers, covering the simple but often overlooked essentials of meditation and sharing a toolkit of techniques you can practice and explore. Our guest presenter Boijayanti is a longtime practitioner of meditation and was fortunate to have the guidance of the late Indian spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy (www.srichinmoy.org) – she shares these inspirational teachings with humour and simplicity.
Usher in the New Year with positive new life skills, clarity of purpose, a peaceful mind and heart – you only need the sincerity to make a start.
When: Tuesdays / Thursdays, February 11, 13, 18: 7:30pm – 9pm nightly
Venue: The Fickling Centre, 546 Mt Albert Road, Three Kings, Mt Eden.
Free admission, however registration is required to accommodate numbers attending. Please register by confirming your details to Jogyata on Whatsapp to: 0221887432
