Another awesome Friday night at Te Atatu Food Truck Fridays (Te Atatu South Community Centre). Thanks to all those that came out to support all the food trucks. What a spectacular way to start to the season.

The next event sneaks up on us fast being NEXT Friday November 6th. It's sure to be a doozy with a live music showcase from Auckland record label, Rageous Records, tie dye T-shirt workshop from the ReCreators and another stellar line up of Auckland’s best food trucks. Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
