Current Property Market

Kim Thompson from

Dear All,

As a team, JEPC is more than equipped to get you through the Coronavirus. Demand for property is high and will continue to rise.

Our team (Jude, Pete, Kim & Vicky) are taking precautions to ensure we are away from large gatherings. We are also advising private viewings if you are concerned. With the four of us, there is always someone available to assist.

Open homes will continue with appropriate precautions being taken. These include non admittance to anyone who is showing symptoms, or has recently traveled overseas to any danger zone, and still inside the self isolation period. Please get in touch with us regarding your options.

We take this very seriously and believe these precautions will help fight the spread of the virus.

Still business as normal for us and the market is hot. The OCR drop yesterday is also favorable. Multiple bidders on just about every auction, multi offers on most private treaties. We are making the most of it and not changing course or stopping selling while the market is still running. If it pauses we think it will be a quick halt but until then we are full pace and achieving strong prices.

Our opens, inspections, offices, auctions and transactional practices are health conscious to protect our people, our clients and our community.

Cheers from JEPC

Poll: Should you ask before planting tall shrubs/trees near your property line?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

It may be fine now but in a few years trees can block out light or views for neighbours.

Do you think neighbours should ask before they go ahead and plant these?
