Fundamental Pilates Course
8-week course $128 / 9-week course $144
These courses are run during the school terms, numbers are limited to 10 for individual attention. We use pilates equipment such as foam rollers, chi balls, power circles, bands and sticks – all supplied - to enhance and guide your movements. Introductory one-on-one sessions are offered if you have never done pilates before or if you are rehabilitating - $70 one hour.
Bookings are required, waiting lists are available when courses are full. Phone/text 021 275 2666 or email: deanandkim@xtra.co.nz.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
