Couples Improving Relationships course

AUT University and Friendship House have collaborated together to bring to our community, a 12 week course on how to have a successful relationship without the damaging effects of couple conflict.
COURSE CONTENT:
• Relationship conflict and communication
• Reducing stress and distress
• Handling conflict and creating win-win
• Creating happier couples.
• Anger management
• Why you were attracted to each other
• Listening and communicating skills
• Building equal relationships
• Respect and choice
• Stopping hurting each other
• How you each contribute differently
• What do you really want from your relationship?
• Having fun, not fights
• Forgiveness and letting go
• Sharing happier children
• Appreciating Male and Female differences
• Creating a future
