Missing Wasabi Cat
Hi Neighbours - we moved into the area (Whitworth Road) almost 4 weeks ago with our pets & one of our cats has gone missing late Sunday night after a cat fight with another local.
Wasabi had settled well but the fight has upset her and we haven’t seen her since, she may be hiding in a garage or shed so please keep a look out for her (she will have been sheltering from the terrible weather!)
I have been out looking and calling for Wasabi but I’ve had no luck. Wasabi is a small tabby & white female cat, she is 11 years old but looks like a younger cat.
If anyone sees her or notices a cat they haven’t seen before lurking around please call me on 021736888.

We are a new support group for seniors. We meet once a month to share our experience and discuss our challenges & concerns.
With the growth of our ageing population, and more seniors living alone, this group would explore and advocate/address the social, emotional and physical needs of our seniors, and promote positive and healthy ageing.
We meet on the first Saturday afternoon of the month in Mt. Roskill. Our next meeting will be 7 Mar 2026.
