Anyone helping the cat colony that lives across from Ports of Auckland, near The Strand/Tamaki Drive corner?

Judy from Sandringham

Hi, just wondering if anyone is helping the cat colony that lives across from Ports of Auckland, near The Strand/Tamaki Drive corner? I can see there is food and some little huts built for them in the bush side. However, one black cat cannot bear weight on one front leg, clearly injured and a black kitten is around too, meaning there are some unneutered cats there.
Just looking to help, if possible. Setting the catcher traps would mean going on railway land? Map attached. Thank you.
