Hi neighbours. I said I would keep you all posted if any new info came to light about the future of the old villa at 59 Spring St, Onehunga. A resource consent application proposes development of 31 terraced houses across two properties – 59 and 61A Spring Street. The old villa would be relocated. No decisions have been made and the resource consent application is still in the very early stages of processing. However, do you have any concerns about the proposal or relocation of the old villa? Scam Alert: Bank cold calls
ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.

Is this your missing cat? I found this gorgeous friendly boy at the back of the Onehunga dump on Angle Street, Onehunga on Tuesday. I took him to the vets, he's not microchipped or neutered, is approximately 2 to 3 years old and has 4 white paws. If he is yours please private message me.
