Proposed development of 59 Spring St, Onehunga
Hi neighbours. I said I would keep you all posted if any new info came to light about the future of the old villa at 59 Spring St, Onehunga. A resource consent application proposes development of 31 terraced houses across two properties – 59 and 61A Spring Street. The old villa would be relocated. No decisions have been made and the resource consent application is still in the very early stages of processing. However, do you have any concerns about the proposal or relocation of the old villa? Would you like to see 31 terraced houses there? Why/why not? Feel free to email me kendall.hutt@stuff.co.nz. Please put NFP if your comment is not for publication.
