Hey Neighbours,

Here's Don's March newsletter... There's a lot of valuable information for you and he comments on the crime stats for February along with the steps to put in place to reduce being burgled again after a burglary as the burglars are now familiar with your layout of what security you have in place. They also know you are likely to replace the previously stolen items !! See page 17 of this newsletter to assist you.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
