Volcanic eruption forces Air NZ flight from Auckland to Japan to divert to Guam

Josephine Franks Reporter from Central Leader

A volcanic eruption has forced an Air New Zealand flight from Auckland to make an unscheduled stop in Guam.

The flight was en route to Narita, Japan, when Japan's Kuchinoerabujima volcano erupted. With the flight path changed to avoid volcanic ash, the plane had to stop in Guam to refuel.

Hilton Brown in Penrose has superb staff but unfortunately their head office business ethics are highly lacking. Late last year an increase of $0.25 per lesson was advertised but this was false and misleading. For February alone, my increase was $61.88 which worked out to $4.12 per lesson per child. February is now almost $300 to teach my kids to swim!. If you have kids there - please look into your bills as what they initially advised was misleading. The Commerce Commission are now reviewing this and I ask all other parents to pick this up directly with Andrew Brown info@hiltonbrownswimming.co.nz.
