Uplands Kindergarten

Head Teacher from Uplands Kindergarten

Children like to do things over and over again – and this is so important. In this process, they are working hard to automate their lower levels of brain development. We help children automate the lower levels through play, repetition and real experiences. For example, as adults, when we are learning to drive a car, we are thinking about our feet, the indicators and totally focused on the cognitive process. As we build muscle memory, we then drive our car and can think about what’s for dinner at the same time!
Uplands Kindergarten has space available in Term 1 2022. Please come and visit us or email info@uplandskindergarten.org.nz
