Kumquat jam - give it a go! Free fruit.
I've just cleared our kumquat tree and have lots of fruit. 3 cups of kumquats go with 6-8 cups of sugar (depending how sweet you want it) and 6 cups of water . This will make about 8 jars of jam. These are really only good for jam, as they are not sweet naturally, but taste beautiful in jam. Text me on 021621775 if you want some, and I'll leave at bottom of drive in plastic bag.
