Hampton Downs 2 Hour Racetrack Fun Run - Sunday 29th August
After a couple of postponements, it's time to put on those running shoes and take up the opportunity to compete in the 2 Hour Racetrack Run on Sunday 29th August at the Hampton Downs Raceway.
Hampton Downs, who are long term supporters of the John Walker Find Your Field of Dreams Foundation are hosting the event which is open to all ages and fitness levels for runners and walkers, and provides such a unique opportunity to challenge yourself on the 2.7 km motor sport racetrack.
The event is supporting the Foundation as the chosen charity and will be loads of fun!
The 2 Hour Racetrack Run will start at 9.30 am and finish at 11.30 am. The idea is to run as many laps of the 2.7 km National Track at Hampton Downs as you can in two hours. To check out all the details and register hit the link.
Afterwards you can hang around and catch all the action from the Auto Addict car enthusiasts event and car show. What a day!

ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
