Some of you know me best for my injection treatments but beleive me- Regenerative musculoskeletal Medicine is really about FAR more than just needles and syringes. I always treat the whole person when I see a patient. In fact it’s all the other things we do to make sure you are ready to receive injection therapies that often determine if you will have optimal results.

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? 🛻🚨🚓
In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?
What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?
-
38.2% The sting of a fine (Money talks!)
-
61.8% The threat of demerit points (Nobody wants to lose their license!)

DECK WITH GRASS
I'm only used to decks with wood on them so never had to deal with grass. What if my new deck has grass only. I wanna be able to use that area as a recreational spot where I can sit and chill. I used to do that on my old deck by sitting on the ground. But i can't do that hear. How can I use that space go social purposes. It's all grass. I'm not a big gardener either. But if I can't be using the small deck into anytning else I might as well learn vegetable gardening. If so well where do I start?
