Car Damage
Hi I'm after some advice please if u could help
My car was involved in an accident hit from behind guy claims he was very tired from work and had about 80mtrs or so to see car as I was waiting indicating to turn damaged done.
Now I'm struggling to get them to pay for damages through them or insurance.bad luck on me cause I had no wof reason for that was my sliding door started jiggling when it closes prior to crash but doesn't have anything to contribute to crash. And I don't gave insurance.
So insurance won't pay for damages because of that and family are only willing to pay $1500 which won't even cover half of damages. Stink thing is now my family have no car and don't have funds to just buy another.
Anyone have suggestion on what I can do.

Stolen Haro red mountain bike
My son’s red Haro mountain bike was stolen near Cornwall Park Avenue.
It was parked at our residence on 22nd January at around 8:00pm. We discovered it missing on 25th January at around 2:00pm.
If anyone living near Cornwall Park Avenue has CCTV footage between those dates and times, could you please check and let me know if you notice anything suspicious or see a red Haro mountain bike (photo attached)?
We would really appreciate any help. Please message me if you have any information.
