Did you know that only 9% of people visit Pukekohe’s town centre to eat out?
We see an opportunity to boost the dining scene and we propose to create a new dining district right next to King St, to support the excellent local shopping offering. We could also build more office space above, so people can work local too.

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
